Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Which is why it’s your responsibility to fuel your body with the most essential ingredients possible! However, sometimes it’s a daunting task to properly fuel your body. Luckily for you, the Carpe Diem bowl is a perfect combination of nutrition while looking pretty ‘instagram’ worthy...if we do say so ourselves 😏.

The Carpe Diem breakfast bowl creates a “tex mex” experience while incorporating savory health advantages with each bite. To boost your morning, having enough protein and fat to keep you full is essential for a successful day (“hangeries”?? No, thank you!). This bowl supplies plenty of protein with black beans, quinoa and egg. Black beans and quinoa are known for their high plant protein and higher fiber content while eggs and avocados supply overall, rich nutrition (protein, essential fats, vitamins, and minerals).

If you like an extra, fiery kick, the Carpe Diem breakfast bowl will add just that with sriracha and jalapeno. For our dairy-free friends, the sriracha cashew cheese adds a creamy texture (alongside the avocado) to compliment the crisp elements of quinoa and egg. To top it off, the Carpe Diem breakfast bowl is mixed with mango salsa, corn, green onion, and cilantro to add a burst of flavor this Monday. If we were you, we’d be making our way to 4th street ASAP.
