Remember: we make superfoods so you can feel like superhuman 💪.
We’ve talked about our Boss Bar here, full of super ingredients to fuel your day, but where are my folks with a sweet tooth? 🙋♀️You may have grown up eating sugary Fig Newtons, but we have a much healthier take on this classic, with real ingredients. We are excited to tell you more about one of our favorite sweet snacks for this #ManiFreshToMonday:
Real Ingredients. Real Food.
It’s no secret that our consumption of processed food is doing harm to our health. That’s why it's near and dear to our hearts that all of our menu items at VJC are full of real, organic food. All of our smoothies, salads, and even desserts are real ingredients that are easy to pronounce. We are Mother Earth Approved, even when it comes to something sweet.
A Sweet Snack
Our Figgy bar is carefully crafted with powerful ingredients, and when we say carefully crafted, we really mean it. It takes up to three days to create these tasty delectables to ensure high quality for every bite. A key ingredient in this bar - our homemade oat flour - take 24 hours alone to create! The Figgy Bar is a blend of this homemade oat flour with maple flour, and coconut, date, vanilla bean for happy taste buds. Of course, the biggest player - figs - is delicately united with the other ingredients to bring you a tasty and healthy option for snack time.
The Figgy bar is a great choice for a sweet, but satisfying snack to grab when you don’t have a lot of time. If you are looking for a little something more, we suggest pairing it with the Mocha-Nana smoothie for a tasty, caffeinated pick-me-up.
